The Salar West Project will be BMG's primary target and is divided into three areas (North, Central and South) covering 8,000 Ha. Located adjacent to the world's largest lithium producer, Sociedad Quimica y Minera (SQM)'s Li-K operations, Salar West demonstrates similar geology to the nearby Monturaqui project, where geophysics have identified significant lithium-bearing aquifers.

BMG completed a two stage geophysics program on the Central and Southern areas in October 2018 and April 2019. This identified several strong lithium brine targets in the southern zone which the Company is planning to drill in its maiden drill program.
